My Mission.
I’m passionate about health, fitness and nutrition and specialise in sport, performance and exercise nutrition. I’m able to empower you to overcome barriers and set achievable goals, mindsets and habits.
I want to help recreational and performance athletes, optimise daily health and fitness goals, and achieve specific sports performance potential through specialised nutrition knowledge and guidance.
Working with you as an individual, we will work together to blend the expert knowledge to your preferences, lifestyle and goals. By sharing ownership of the nutrition and/or training plans, it ensures it is as suitable, realistic, manageable and as optimal for you as can possibly be.

Rhys Lewis.
Rhys has a background in Sport science having a HND in Sport science. He has completed a level 7 PgDip with distinction in performance nutrition and is currently completing a second MSc in sport and exercise nutrition. As a qualified MSc performance nutritionist, advanced personal trainer (HND) and S&C coach, Rhys has well rounded and vast experience in all approaches to health, fitness and nutrition for novice and elite athletes.
Rhys is Fully professional and qualified. He believes in an individual and personable approach, tailoring packages and plans to work for the person for optimal results and performance.

Rhys has a sporting background having represented Wales and British Fire service in rugby and boxing, competed in ABA Boxing, muay Thai, Kickboxing and is currently an assisstant 1st Dan Black belt instructor at Red Tigers Kickboxing Club. He is currently a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor.
Rhys has served in the Army reserves and has completed ultra endurance events in his Soldier role and in sporting events. He is currently a Whole-time Fire fighter of 18 years, including passing a rigorous selection process to become part of a specialised national USAR Wales Team (Urban Search and Rescue). Rhys realises the importance of preparing mentally and physically for events, through training, planning, mindset and periodised nutrition and fuelling, for optimal training and competition performance on varying events, both sporting and tactical.
