This is a periodised performance based nutrition plan focused on fuelling your needs to improve performance and training, ensuring sufficient health and energy.
It includes a training and lifestyle analysis and full app access.
With the app access you can track foods/calories/macros and have access to recipes and swappable options.
That is, you can easily swap meals out by searching for alternatives.
This includes check ins via text/in-app
Messenger regularly, to ensure all is on track and progress is achieved.
This plan is more self sufficient than the ‘Performance Plan’, so is good for self motivated individuals looking for guidance, leaving you to your own accountability.
